In February 2019, the Dutch Senate approved the Remote Gambling Bill. In May 2013, the Dutch government proposed changes to its online gaming laws that would open up the market to foreign operators. When it goes in effect, the Remote Betting and Gaming Bill will allow foreign operators access to the Netherlands if they obtain a Dutch license.
